Two of the UK's leading LGBT sites – PinkPaper.com and DIVA – have been celebrated for their online excellence, this month.
Both long-standing brands were awarded the NetObserver seal of excellence.
The NetObserver study is conducted annually by Harris, across e-commerce, editorial and advertising websites in Europe.
This is the first year they have included LGBT sites in the poll. In order to compete for the NetObserver Seal of Excellence, each site must not only participate in the study, but also obtain a minimum of 200 respondents so that the results are statistically reliable. Pink Paper recorded 438 responses and DIVA 317, both scored way ample the total European sample average for satisfaction, intention to revisit and intention to recommend.
Kim Watson, the brands' Managing Director for Media & Marketing, said “I’d like to
thank all of our visitors who took part in the survey and all staff,
contributors and partners who have helped us raise the standards and
satisfaction levels on PinkPaper.com and Divamagco.uk. Please do go on
recommending these sites to your friends”
In conjunction with the release of these results, NetObserver ® is continuing the process of certifying its partner sites.
The highest performing, in terms of overall satisfaction of their visitors, the intention of their visitors to revisit the site and to also recommend the site to those around them, received our seal of excellence, not only a guarantee of quality but also of recognition for future visitors to the site.
PinkPaper.com celebrates its 25th anniversary this year.
