Openly gay Gareth Thomas is the third favourite to win Celebrity Big Brother.
Tonight’s final will see retired rugby star Thomas, 37 compete alongside Frankie Cocozza, Denise Welch, Kristina and Karissa Shannon and Michael Madsen for the winner’s title.
Thomas became the first major sportsman in a team sport to come out as openly gay, doing so in 2007 after his divorce.
Infamously hot-headed, upon speaking to Brian Dowling on entry, he said that if the housemates deserve his "welsh temper, they'll get it.”
Some of his antics in the house include baring all on Frankie’s birthday, with nothing but a balloon covering his modesty and winning “best body” and “best housemate” at the Big Brother housemate awards ceremony.
Big Brother is hosted by Brian Dowling, who shot to fame after winning Big Brother in 2001 when it was aired on Channel 4.
Dowling took over from Davina McCall when the show made the transition from Channel 4 to Channel 5. The show is currently the longest running reality programme to date, running into its twelfth year.
The odds stand at 3:1 for Gareth, 11:10 for Frankie, 11:4 for Denise, 9:1 for the twins and 12:1 for Michael.
The Celebrity Big Brother final will be broadcast tonight on Channel 5 at 9pm.
