Thousands march for gay marriage equality in Dublin

Several thousand people marched in Dublin recently, demanding legalisation of same-sex marriage.

The march, from City Hall to the Justice Department, was organised by the LGBT activist group Noise and denounced Ireland's new same-sex-partnership law as second-class.

Organisers said the gay community cannot be pacified with a separate system because that does not create equality.

Go ireland! we need some more political activism here for equality. i hope one day i can marry my partner in uk.
