Pop star and party girl Lily Allen, currently in Los Angeles working on her second album, has written a track attacking homophobic and racist attitudes.

The curiously titled Guess Who Batman? was originally inspired by Allen’s feelings about the British National Party, but according to the singer’s MySpace page, she feels that “this issue is relevant pretty much everywhere.”

A taster of the song, available on her blog, reveals it to be an upbeat perky number, with an infectious chorus that begins “Fuck you, fuck you very, very much,” a choice of words that may restrict its radio airplay.

Other lyrics, such as: “You say it’s not OK to be gay, but I just think you’re evil,” and “You’re just some racist, that can’t tie my laces” suggest that while Allen’s heart may be in the right place, the track may not delve particularly deeply into the issues she feels so strongly about.

Allen, 23, closed the blog entry that accompanied the posting of her outspoken new track with an inspiring message for fans: “We are the youth, we can make coolness for our future, it’s up to us. Go green and hate hate.”
