Gays and lesbians throughout London are being encouraged to take part in a major kissing event to be held in the capital, this month.
High street fashion brand Desigual are behind the stunt – part of their aptly-named European Kiss Tour, which starts in Paris before hitting London on Wednesday 28 July at Potters Field Park.
There, as part of a bigger day-long festival, attendees will be asked to kiss simultaneously.
The free event will then go on to visit Berlin and Madrid.
Since its launch, which originated in Desigual's birthplace of Barcelona, the event has also taken place in Madrid, where it drew over 10,000 visitors.
Now, similar results are expected here this month.
"Desigual supports free kissing, where each participant expresses himself or herself through a kiss, so the Kiss Party will be a completely free event open to all," a spokesperson told us.
"On 28 July you’ll be able to kiss whoever you want however you want. Kicking off at 6.00pm, Guilty Pleasures and Moshi Moshi Djs will animate the event with music plus a special guest host who will present the event on the evening. "
