An innovative music download project aims to raise AIDS awareness and funds for sexual health charity AVERT
On World AIDS Day, 1 December, the Sida music project will release a never before heard song, Going all the Way, exclusively on iTunes to benefit the HIV/AIDS charity AVERT.
The Sida project aims to show how quickly a song can spread across the world – and also how easily HIV/AIDS can spread without proper awareness and education.
During the month of December, a percentage from all downloads of the song will be given to AVERT to help in the global fight against HIV/AIDS.
AVERT’s community program supports and builds partnerships with organizations in the areas of the world most severely affected by the HIV/AIDS epidemic.
