A series of events aimed at lesbian and bisexual women is being organised by Manchester’s Lesbian Community Project.

This weekend’s event is an exhibition of women’s art and photography from 1-5 p.m. Admission is free and some of the displayed art work will be available to buy.

The exhibition will be followed by an evening of entertainment for women only. The line up includes comedy from Bethany Black and music from Claire Mooney amongst others.

The LCP was set up in 1998 and is the only full time project in the U.K. dedicated to lesbian and bisexual women. The project offers advice, information and social networking opportunities.

The event will take place at 49-51 Sidney St, Manchester on 7 November. Admission for the evening show is £5, concessions £3.
